I’m Alisha,

A coach to women on the cusp of major life events like burnout, divorce, career or job change, grief, empty nest, retirement, and other life-altering transitions.  I use positive psychology and creative activities to support women as they walk their journey to flourishing.  

Over the last 8 years, I’ve coached hundreds of women that have been where you are now. I know what it feels like to be where you are and I know that there is another way. A life of ease, alignment and wellbeing is on the other end of this burnout.

I hold a bachelor's in psychology with a minor in dance through Guilford College, in addition to a positive psychology certification through the Flourishing Center and 200 and 300-hour yoga teaching certifications through the Asheville Yoga Center.   I’m an expert facilitator skilled in the art of gathering women for meaningful connection and deep dives into spirituality and creativity.  My first book, the best-seller, “Little Failures: Learning to Build Resilience Through Everyday Setbacks, Challenges, and Obstacles,” was published in 2022.  When I’m not coaching women to flourishing lives, you’ll find me working on illustrative watercolors, large abstract acrylics, and surface pattern designs.

My favorite thing is working with women who won’t settle for staying stuck and are ready and willing to take action toward the life of their dreams.
