Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Alisha Wielfaert
I’ve coached hundreds of women like you for over seven + years. I’ve helped women find clarity around their dreams, goals, and vision for their lives. I’ve helped women identify and overcome major limiting beliefs to go on and write and publish books, start businesses, change or advance in their careers and so much more.
I’ve been witness to the unique struggles and challenges that women navigate on their paths. And I know that sometimes it’s about finding clarity. Other times it’s about needing a clear plan and regular accountability, with a guide who will be honest, ask the right questions to help you zoom out, cheer you on when things get tough and celebrate you when you have a big win.
1:1 coaching is a special container but sometimes you need more, you need to see other women in the arena doing the work with you to know you’re not alone.

Real change takes time. That's why Vision to Action is a year-long program.
The Payment Plan is an option for those who need to spread the payments out over a long period. This is not a subscription membership. This is a 12 month membership commitment with no refunds, exchanges or early cancellations permitted.

The coaching calls are Every Thursday at 11 am -12 PM EST.

We will meet every week on Thursday at 11 AM EST on Zoom, and it’s your responsibility to show up and do the work you feel called to do. During our weekly sessions, I’ll remind you to check in with your why, and your goals. I’ll ask you to do exercises that will keep you in alignment with your goals, dreams, and aspirations, but you need to commit to coming each week and doing the work.

We will meet on Zoom each week. No part of this group will meet on Facebook. There will be a community group on telegram (Like a what’sapp or voxer) available for you to ask questions, and post about your progress and your success or challenges.

Yes, each session will be recorded and uploaded to your Kajabi library as quickly as possible but you are encouraged to come to each session, have your camera on, and participate actively.

At the beginning each week you’ll be asked to have your journal ready and write down all of your wins from the week before. Then we’ll take a mindful pause and connect with your why, your vision of who you want to be. After you’ve connected to your vision you’ll be asked to think about what the three most pressing activities to get you to your vision are and list those. Then Alisha will teach an aspect of the VITAL Framework for 15-20 minutes and then answer questions for the remaining hour.

There are three 1:1 sessions that happen throughout the year. If you need more 1:1 time it can be purchased.
