Soul Fasting
You know you need soulfasting when you are blowing up balloons and baking cookies and you know that you need to prepare for deeper things.
Rina decided that she wanted to perform a special dance at her brother’s wedding in CA
Rina knew that the only way she was going to be able to perform this special dance for her brother’s wedding is if she soul fasted
Rina had requested to learn this one dance for many many years.
Soul Fasting: Giving up something you know you want, know you love and it’s going to be really hard but it’s going to put your mind into a discipline.
Soulfasting is preparation for a big spiritual event or gratitude for something you already have or could invite in.
Soulfasting is about preparation, deep gratitude and getting ready to be present for what’s coming and calling the new thing into you that’s not there yet.
When you Soulfast, beautiful things happen in your life.
Rina believes she’s been so lucky in life.

June 30th of 2019, super sunny, the last day that Rina remembers walking
The night before the accident Rina said “I think something bad is gonna happen to me”.
Rina was run into while she was merging onto the highway.
Her truck kept flipping
When the truck stopped flipping she experienced the most piercing silence, she went to try to kick out the door on the truck and realized she couldn’t move her legs.
Dale is the ultimate passion on Rina’s Face when she performed the dance for her brother’s wedding.
Rina’s parents didn’t really know she was with Dale.  Dale was very important to Rina and her parents didn’t really think she should be with Dale.
Dale went from being a complete stranger to the apple of her parent’s eye.
Her whole family was there together with Dale at the hospital
There are things you can’t unsee, or unforge
