Folk Rock singer
Classically trained soprano
Knowing instinctively as a teenager that I had to work for myself.
People look at some creatives and think their life must be great
The hustle is still hard.
Five years in it’s not like I’ve reached some sort of pinnacle
If you aren’t working for it, nobody else is working on it for you
One song I wrote while I was brushing my teeth
Creativity is like a muscle, the more you use it the more freely it flows.
If you’re writing a little bit each day it gets easier
Learning a whole new instrument
You will regret the things you didn’t try more than the things that you did
Tell your fear to be quiet and flex your bravery
If you believe that you’re more confident that you are, you will be.
Don’t think about the worst thing that could happen
Focus on the best thing that can happen.
Your bike goes where your eyes go
You’re going towards where you’re focused.
Ask, Believe, Receive
The more you put it out there and believe in yourself the more in comes into fruition
Keep your eyes focused on your own ball.
Live in the moment, I love spending time outside
Everyone should consider doing the thing that they are scared to do especially if it’s been pressing on them
