People need to trust you.
Everyone you’re working with is trusting you. 
“Your workout today is not going to be how your work out was yesterday and it’s not going to be what it is tomorrow”
Accept where your body is in that moment.
Building community
As a coach you need to know who you’re working out with
Think about why you work out and why you’re moving. 
Keep your innocence, keep your happiness and keep going for everything you want
Stay positive and keep those around you that are important to you
Pure happiness.
Set small goals that reach up to bigger goals
