It’s Marcothon Day 22: Today I ran the minimum of 3.10, I’m now up to 115.11 miles so far for the month of December. Today was a tough mindset day, and I was just so grateful for marcothon to get me outside moving my body on a sunny day. Some days are like that.

It’s Marcothon Day 21: Happy Winter Solstice today I ran 6 miles which brings me to a total of 112.01 miles for the month of December. After today I only have 10 days of Marcothon left. I’m talking about what my body felt like after yesterday’s long run which was also the longest run I did all year.

It’s Marcothon Day 20: Long run day. I ran 11.06 miles, I’m up to 106.01 miles for the month of December. I didn’t fuel correctly for today’s long run. This was probably the longest run I’ve done all year. I also talked about my overall goals for Marcothon.

It’s Marcothon Day 19: Today I ran more than I intended, ended up with 4miles which puts me at 94.95 miles so far in the month of December. Folks are starting to drop out of the challenge which is making me sad because we are more than halfway done. Also, Today was cold when I started so I overdressed and looked like a green cheese puff.

It’s Marcothon Day 18: Today I went 9 miles, and I talked on the vlog about what I am NOT doing In Marcothon. In the video, I said it was day 19, that is wrong it was day 18.
