Today I emailed 40 people to try to get them on my calendar to talk about what they believe failure is and what process they embarked on after failure. Do you have moments, days, weeks, or months when fear, self-doubt, and self-loathing creep in? I think it happens to the best of us. Just because my career is in coaching doesn’t mean I’m immune to those muddy, mucky, murky feelings. A gentle reminder that our feelings are never wrong and if we don’t acknowledge and honor them they do more damage in the shadow than they do in the light.
