Yesterday I emailed about 44 people to see if I can interview them on failure. Less than 24 hours later I’ve got 16 interviews on the calendar over the next 3 months. I promise I’ll take you all along for the ride with me.
I got an email this weekend about someone sharing they have a story about failure and they still made a point to tell me it wasn’t a failure because they learned something. I think that misses the point... I say why in this video.

Do you have moments, days, weeks, or months when fear, self-doubt, and self-loathing creep in? I think it happens to the best of us. Just because my career is in coaching doesn’t mean I’m immune to those muddy, mucky, murky feelings. A gentle reminder that our feelings are never wrong and if we don’t acknowledge and honor them they do more damage in the shadow than they do in the light.
