In a Business Breakthrough: Here we are creating the path to profit. We take a deep dive into your business. You’ll get clear on where you are now and where you want to go and why. Then together we’ll start working through a plan to get you there over the next 6 months.
During this transformational day we’ll uncover the limiting beliefs that are getting in your way and could keep you from taking action when you get home.
We’ll work through all of the steps of your launch or implementation plan so you’re ready to start implementing when you get home.
In a Personal Retreat: In this deep personal work we’ll help you get clarity around where you are in life, where are you stuck, and where do you want to be. Through play, specially crafted exercises tailored just for you we’ll get to the heart of any limiting beliefs that have been keeping you stuck and create a roadmap for joy and coming back into alignment with your true self.
During this transformational day we may do a few of these: Transformational meditations to meet your inner mentor, be-friending your inner critic, core-values, creative play, building your personal board of directors, painting on big canvas around the size of 36x36 to learn to take up space, 1:1 watercolor class, private yoga class, morning pages, oracle card readings, reiki, hiking around the lake and so much more.
1:1 retreat weekends at Alisha’s house VIP days are $1750 (Contact Alisha if you want to experience your VIP weekend at a beach or mountain location pricing is different)
One 30-45minute Pre-retreat call about a month before your retreat to design the retreat to fit your needs and wants
Dinner with Alisha the night you get in to talk about the schedule for the next two days
Two full days of work with Alisha that will include many surprises and delights as well as scheduled downtime
A goodie bag of art supplies
You'll be sent Pre-work homework before your experience to prepare
You'll leave with lots of homework
Sample Itinerary (remember everyone’s retreat will be built out uniquely for them so these will look different for everyone):
Friday Evening: Arrive, Cocktails/Mocktails and welcome dinner with Alisha while setting Intentions for the weekend
Saturday: Morning Session with Morning Pages yoga, guided meditation and breakfast, late morning artist dates to Interesting spots followed by a later lunch. Afternoon Free time. Then a Private watercolor class and sketchbook play. Clarity/Inspiration walk followed by dinner. If weather allows potentially a spell casting around the fire post dinner.
Sunday: Morning Session with Morning Pages yoga and breakfast, late morning meditation and painting session a later lunch. Afternoon hike around the lake with a coaching session. Post hike work on core values. Dinner and wrap up session.
