When we’re present we realize that creativity is happening
If we’re going to fast and not paying attention we miss it
Cultivated mindfulness is a practice of getting present and the more we can express freely and openly
The cool thing about mindfulness is that it opens us up to be an observer. 
When we’re present we get deeper access to our senses.  The best artists are the best observers
Meditation is so important to becoming a great observer
Take Creativity very seriously
Paying attention and looking closely
The command pay attention takes on a whole new meaning

Honor the cycles
The Importance of the free write or free dance or free painting, where we can get out of our own way. 
Free writing to dive in together.  Outpacing the critical mind that can happen.
Integrate the process and leverage the tools
Top three writing tips: Begin with silence, start their with emptiness and spaciousness and jump in.  Make Commitments to yourself.
Creativity and writing is devotional.  If you can get into that, devoted to creativity it devoted to self, is devoted to community is devoted to life.  Practice as many days as you can.  Consistency wins, every time!  Even if it’s just 5 minutes.
Even when you free write from just 5 minutes you can end up with an entire page.
Set word count goals or time goals
Allow yourself to create crap or garbage
Allow yourself to make a mess.
It’s really fun to make a mess

We live in an abundance Universe
When we come back to presence I can show up in my heart and when I can show up in my heart and in love with the world e my fears don’t feel so pertinent and pressing
