The four C’s
Published a book
Love and connection is the most important thing
Fear is the opposite of love.
If you’re feeling fear, there’s no place for love.
Out of fear we do things that are loveless.
On social media platforms, we don’t have the weight of the person in front of us.
It’s less important to know where we land and more important to know that we love one another.
Connection and love is the most important thing.
The chord of connection being severed more and more.
It’s impossible to feel successful when connection is severed.
You can have connection without harmony
You can’t make music that’s powerful without the whole
We must allow there to be room to be uncomfortable with one another.
Didn’t let 2020 keep me from writing the book.
We all belong
Looking to media to find what you believe is slippery
Believing in neighbors, believing in love is the most important thing we can do.
Be responsible for what you’re putting out there.
There is a fire burning and I love you anyways
We have an innate desire to create.
We crave creation and we crave creation
Art and creativity are not necessarily the same thing.
Recognize an emotion, feel it and move on anyways
Mom Guilt
Is guilt an opportunity for gratitude?
