It’s Marcothon Day 31: THE END! 31/31 that’s a wrap. Closing out December 2020 with a 4 mile run today and 185.62 miles total. I’m taking a rest day tomorrow and will get back to the running on the second.

It’s Marcothon Day 29: It was my only early morning run of Marcothon. 3.11 done! Up to 178.35 miles for the month! Got to see the glowing yellow full moon. Also talking about what I’ve gained and haven’t gained by doing marcothon this year.

It’s Marcothon Day 28: Today was the most difficult day yet of marcothon from a physical point of view. That was to be expected after yesterday's Marathon. I did the minimum today of 3.1 miles, I ran it very slowly, but I'm up to 175.24 miles for the month.

It’s Marcothon Day 27: Today I achieved a big goal that I’ve been thinking about for a very long time. I was starting to wonder if I could even call myself a real runner if I hadn’t done it yet. Last night I got a good night's sleep, I fueled well, and today I went for it. The goal was just to do it not necessarily be fast. I am now very sore, but I ran 26.3 miles in 4 hours and 30 minutes. I’m up to 172.15 miles for the month of December and now I can call myself a marathon runner.
