Marcothon 2020: Alisha's Year 3 Vlog Day 16
It’s Marcothon Day 16: Day 16 halfway through the month! 8 miles today, a total of 78.84 miles so far! I did fall and twist my ankle a bit today. On the vlog today I’m also talking about what actually causes suffering and I’m talking about something I wasn’t sure if I should bring up.

It’s Marcothon Day 15: Today was a bit of a “rest day” I did my minimum of 3.1 but I ended up with 3.11. I’m up to 70.78 miles for the first half of Marcothon. I’ve been running as early as I can. I’ve been doing what is called eat the frog first. That’s why I try to run earlier in the day.
Marcothon 2020: Alisha's Year 3 Vlog Day 14 MINDSET MATTERS
It’s Marcothon Day 14: Today was tough from a mindset standpoint. It was the toughest day so far of Marcothon because it was cold and raining but I still got in my intended mileage. I didn’t want to follow through on my goal, today I talk about what I did to get through.
Today because it had been raining so hard my path was blocked in many places. I had to go around or through in spots that soaked my shoes and feet but I persevered. What do you do when the going gets tough? Check out the pictures from today’s rainy inside the vlog.

It’s Marcothon Day 13: I ran a long run out and back, 9 miles. It was my weekend long run. I am now up to 61.71 miles so far for the first 13 days of the month. Best I’ve ever felt in my running life.
