Marcothon 2020: Day 4
Today I completed 5 miles. Talking to you while cooling down from my run. Up to a lot of miles 4 days in. I’ve still got the early in the challenge good feeling. Felt really tight yesterday. I’ve been doing more yoga than I normally do. Yoga can actually make your body tighter, but doing more yoga to try to stretch things out.
