It’s Marcothon Day 11: Today I went 5 miles slowly, I’m just shy of 50 miles for the first 11 days of December. I’m talking about how I really used to feel about running and how it took at least 3 years of diligence and commitment to change my mind about running.

It’s Marcothon Day 10: Today I did my minimum, I’m at 44.5 miles for the first 10 days of December. I was thinking about how important it is sometimes to hold back. We often need to go slow to go fast. We need to work the strategy. That can be challenging but it’s necessary and worth it.
